How to Set Up a Zoom Meeting on Vibe

Explore these tips to maximize your next Zoom meeting with Vibe.

Download and Installation

  1. Go to Vibe's default App Store and download Zoom.

  2. Once installed, you'll see Zoom on your home screen.

Join a Meeting Session

If you're joining a meeting room directly from your Vibe Board:

  1. Open Zoom and click the "Join Meeting" button.

  2. Enter the meeting ID to join the meeting room.

If you want to log into Zoom first:

  1. Open Zoom and click "Sign In". You'll see the below sign in page:

  2. After successfully signing in, you'll see Zoom's home page.

  3. Here, you can "Start" a meeting, "Join" a meeting, or "Schedule" a meeting from your Vibe Board!

4. Decide how you'll connect to audio

Option 1 - Use 2 devices

Host or join the same Zoom meeting from another device (such as your computer) and connect to audio and/or video from that device.

Then connect to the same Zoom meeting from your board, but do not connect to audio (or you will have echo issues).

Option 2 - Use Vibe only

If you prefer to use only Vibe, you can attach a USB-C camera or the new C1 camera (S1 Board only) and connect to audio from Vibe.

Sync Your Calendar to Zoom

  3. Click "Next" after setting the permissions.

  4. Sign into your Google account. Follow the pop-up instructions to grant Zoom access to your account.

  5. Once your Google account is set up, you'll be redirected to Zoom's profile configuration page. Scroll down to the bottom to confirm your calendar has been synced with Zoom.

  6. Now, close this web page and restart the Zoom app on your board. After restarting, you'll be able to see your scheduled meeting information as below:

Note: Currently, Zoom Calendar only supports Zoom meetings.
Otherwise, you'll see the warning message "This is not a Zoom meeting" and not be able to join the session from the Zoom app.
